  • Stairmaster - 202 floors Great warmup for a casual 5k at incline followed by back work 2 weeks ago

Doctors to Gas Stations

So the appointment with my new doctor yesterday went reasonably well.

Have my prescriptions transferred.

Blood pressure near perfect.

They even did an EKG to check the heart – perfect.

Cleared for gym and most any structured diet program I wish as long as it’s a healthy one.
