  • Short in time today so just hit the stairmaster. 5.25 miles and 253 floors. What a way to start the day 1 week ago
  • Stairmaster - 202 floors Great warmup for a casual 5k at incline followed by back work 2 weeks ago
  • 90min cardio, 30 min weights, whirlpool and steam room. Perfect warm up for the first wedding of the season. 2012-03-31
  • Good news. 112 flrs stairs 4.5mls ran. 5 sets10mph sprints & 40 min working back in wght room. Bad news forget xtra shirt. soggy trip home 2012-03-08
  • Last day of the 2 yr gym membership. 562 trips to the gym and 170 pounds shed. Here's to the next 2 years. 2011-12-30
