We all struggle at times. Sometimes the most difficult part is being honest and realizing during the struggle what truly is going on. Your ability to realize that your food choices are your problem is the first step in getting back on track. It also highlights the importance of nutrition when it comes to weight loss. You kill it at the gym and yet your weight is up. It's clear the stress and the food are the cause. Now that we know the cause, we can make the appropriate changes. And by we...I mean WE...I've got your back, pal. In what ever capacity you need. I still couldn't be more proud of you and your transparency through this "long road" journey that you are on. This is REAL life. Real struggles. And you open it up to the world to see. So they can relate and be inspired. This too shall pass and I'm confident that your weight loss will soon be heading in the other direction! :-)
