Not a bad week overall.

1lb down.

Currently at: 253.4

Total Lost: 161.6

Calories a little high on some days but so was activity.

Monday Weigh In 01-17-2011

So very happy today. Had a pretty big number last week and was fearing either a stall or even a slight gain, but another solid loss.

2lbs down this week.

Current weight 254.4

Which brings my total lost to 160.6 pounds. [...]

Favorite Post Workout Snack

Here’s one of my favorite post workout snacks lately and what I have as soon as I get home from the gym (usually while using the ice packs).
