  • Stairmaster - 202 floors Great warmup for a casual 5k at incline followed by back work 2 weeks ago

Well the foot is probably at 80% now and I’ve been able to really push a few workouts this week to new levels.

My time on the treadmill I’ve started using an 8 degree (or is it percent) incline as my base, and work up through 10, 12.5 and finally full incline of 15 at the end [...]

Wednesdays have turned into a “me time” type of day. Still dealing with the foot/ankle injury so am still limited by the speed I can hit my favorite cardio burn, the treadmill.
