Oh crap. Another up week.
310.0 Up 1.2 pounds from last week.
I seem to be on a two week cycle the last few weeks. Either a low loss or gain one week and then a huge loss the next week. I’m still thinking it’s a symptom of my body adjusting to the new me. Probably didn’t help that I slept in late on Sunday and forgot to take my BP meds which usually results in some water retention when I do that.
Going to be looking close at the food intake this next week as well. Double measuring everything out – just in case I’m missing something.
