  • Stairmaster - 202 floors Great warmup for a casual 5k at incline followed by back work 2 weeks ago

So close to breaking into the two hundreds, yet so far.   The yo-y0 cycle continues with a slight gain this week following a big drop last week.

Little late on this post.   My wife has the week off and we’re changing out some cars – things have just been SO hectic around here the last few days.   On the bright side that means the car whose steering wheel came off in my hand is going away.
