Monday morning (post workout and shower) weigh in.

Down 3.0 for the week. Down about 18 since FTRS and down 36 since I started this in October.
Bodybugg shows I’m burning on average 1500 calories more each day than I’m consuming.
What’s funny is I’m starting to get “antsy” on Sundays. No gym, no workouts. It just feels strange to sleep in after the last few weeks.

It’s interesting that you say you’re starting to get “antsy”. Is this because your body expects a workout and it’s not getting it on Sundays?
